Ensuring that management reviews are conducted to assess and refine Quality Objectives, and that findings from internal audits are reported as a way to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the QMS. Ensuring the availability of necessary resources to support the QMS
Quality Management System Structure
The structure of the QMS is outlined in this Quality Manual. All staff members are required to understand and comply with the Quality Policy and follow the guidelines specified in the Quality Manual.
BritPrime is committed to complying with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, while continually monitoring and improving its quality performance when necessary.
Review and Communication
The Quality Policy is regularly reviewed to ensure that it remains suitable and effective. Copies of the Quality Policy are made available to all employees and other relevant stakeholders. The minutes of Management Reviews, or relevant excerpts, are shared with individual team members according to their roles and responsibilities, ensuring effective communication of the QMS's performance and effectiveness.
